Move For Your Mind is the social sport programme that takes place right here on campus every single week throughout the academic year. The programme is led by our sports development team and we are excited to share that new sessions have been added to the timetable this semester...

 

What does it include?

Move for your Mind includes a variety of sessions from football, badminton, basketball, volleyball, squash, table tennis and much more. This programme is a great way to keep yourself active, meet new people and support your overall physical and mental wellbeing along the way.

The sessions are based on having fun and continuing a sport that you love. There is no commitment, and you can simply turn-up, pay and play basis. The best thing about Move for your Mind is that you have over 16 sessions a week to choose from which take place at the Allam Sports Centre that has recently had a £17 million investment in the facilities.

 

How much does it cost?

Each sessions costs £2.50, which includes equipment hire however if you’d prefer to buy a Play Pass that will save you money across the semester

Purchase your Play Pass today. By having a Play Pass, you could take part in unlimited sports sessions from 25^th September – 17^th December 2023 for only £50! The Move for your Mind has over 16 sessions a week to choose from and with the Play Pass, you can participate in as many as you wish across the semester!
